Job Description

This position is responsible for the overall administration and smooth operation of employee accommodations. This includes maintaining cleanliness, discipline, safety, utility management, room allocation, and coordination of maintenance and support services in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the in-charge of company-provided employee accommodation
  • Ensure discipline and compliance with guidelines within the camp
  • Maintain accurate records of residing employees and occupancy
  • Allocate rooms and track all movements and changes
  • Monitor stock of required materials and track expenses
  • Coordinate and attend to routine maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor daily electricity and water supply
  • Manage utility payments
  • Report daily absenteeism and misconduct cases to HR
  • Arrange transportation for medical emergencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Diploma graduate
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the same field
  • Experience in administration or facility management
