Job Description
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation for Jumeirah The Red Sea.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct initial interviews
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Knowledge of key HR frameworks such as employment law and talent acquisition
- Have 5 years+ of human resources experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
