Operations Manager - Textile (Uniform manufacturing)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations, ensure quality standards, and lead a team of skilled professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production processes including cutting, stitching, and finishing
- Plan and schedule orders
- Lead, recruit, and train Masters, Tailors, and QC staff
- Monitor inventory levels
- Manage budgets and control costs
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Bahrain labor regulations
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech in Textile or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in garment/textile production operations
