Senior Manager, Learning
Job Description
This role is responsible for leading and evolving the organization’s leadership development strategy, focusing on manager and executive growth across a remote-first workforce. The Senior Manager, Learning will design, implement, and facilitate learning programs that elevate leadership capabilities and enhance team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of leadership development programs
- Conduct needs assessments and define program scope
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and coach leaders
- Define and communicate success metrics for learning programs
- Manage the People Leader Hub learning platform
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development program design and facilitation
- Proven ability to scale programs for large teams (2000+ employees)
- Strong human-centered design skills
- Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred
