Job Description

This role is responsible for leading and evolving the organization’s leadership development strategy, focusing on manager and executive growth across a remote-first workforce. The Senior Manager, Learning will design, implement, and facilitate learning programs that elevate leadership capabilities and enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of leadership development programs
  • Conduct needs assessments and define program scope
  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and coach leaders
  • Define and communicate success metrics for learning programs
  • Manage the People Leader Hub learning platform

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in leadership development program design and facilitation
  • Proven ability to scale programs for large teams (2000+ employees)
  • Strong human-centered design skills
  • Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred
