District Sales Manager
Job Description
Drive and achieve the revenue objectives for the assigned area by managing and motivating the field force, driving marketing initiatives as well as account management to ensure sales contribution in line with overall company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive and motivate the field force to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Coach medical representatives through field visits
- Ensure implementation of marketing plans and activities
- Conduct recruitment and prepare performance reports
- Develop long term relationships with key KOLs and doctors
- Lead and manage key accounts to build long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with distributors to follow order execution
Qualifications
- BS degree in pharmaceutical / Medical / Dental science
- At least 5 years experience required, including 2 years as a sales/District Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
- Very Good command of Arabic and English languages
