Sales Development Representative - Training Program
Job Description
A structured training program aligned with a Junior Sales Development Representative role. Candidates will support the sales team in lead qualification and early-stage prospect engagement, learn how to contact potential customers via phone calls and emails, and gain hands-on exposure to sales processes and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in lead qualification and early-stage prospect engagement
- Learn how to contact potential customers via phone calls and emails
- Assist in asking basic qualification questions to understand customer needs and fit
- Help collect, document, and organize prospect information accurately
- Support updating lead details, call notes, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Assist in sending follow-up emails and re-contacting leads when needed
- Learn how to nurture leads that are not yet ready to move forward
- Support scheduling meetings or demos for senior sales consultants
Qualifications
- University students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- English proficiency is required
- Must have access to a personal laptop throughout the internship
