PB Business Management Support – Team Lead, DBS Dubai
Job Description
Plan, lead and execute strategies to manage and develop DBS Wealth Management operational activities. Ensure Operational Risks related to Private Banking are under control and adequately monitored for PB Dubai. Support the Head of PB Dubai to grow the business within a controlled regulatory environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Wealth business units comply with internal policies and regulations
- Provide feedback on systems and processes
- Initiate local procedures to control operational risk
- Manage PB Dubai BMS team
- Ensure timely remediation of control gaps
- Act as contact point for internal/external audits
Qualifications
- Experience in leading private banking business management support function
- Degree preferred
- Over 5 Years of relevant experience
