Senior UI/UX Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Customer Experience (CX) team in Beirut. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping cutting-edge digital products and experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI design from concept to implementation for various client projects.
- Collaborate closely with CX Strategists, UX Designers, and Developers.
- Champion user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
- Present and expertly defend design rationale to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience, preferably gained within an agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design and robust visual systems.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred) and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
