Product Advisor – HR Tech / Job Marketplace
Job Description
This role is advisory and product-focused — not technical leadership and not people management. The advisor will help shape how a job marketplace should function in practice.
Responsibilities
- Advise on HR requirements, hiring processes, and recruitment best practices
- Review and improve job posting, discovery, matching, and application flows
- Help define marketplace logic such as visibility, relevance, and trust
- Provide product feedback to enhance employer and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Experience in HR tech, recruitment platforms, or job marketplaces
- Strong understanding of real hiring challenges and workflows
- Product-minded with a strong UX perspective
