Job Description
To ensure that all kitchen and laundry equipment and appliances are functioning properly, safely, and efficiently to support the smooth operation of the kitchen and laundry. Orderly and timely completion of work orders and performing various preventive maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Routine inspection on all kitchen & laundry equipment
- Record readings and functionality tracks
- Repair and maintain hotel kitchen and laundry equipment
- Follow preventive maintenance schedule
- Order and maintain inventory parts
- Follow HACCP and hygiene policy
- Ensure tag and lockout procedures are followed
- Understand hotel emergency fire precaution procedures
