Senior Field Service Engineer - Symphony Plus
Job Description
Execute service work of medium to high complexity for Infi90 / symphony based system 800xA systems. Focus on identify opportunities in the installed base to improve system performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute service work as per customer order and expectations
- Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities
- Rendering technical validation of design solutions
- Cybersecurity audits and assessments
- Working in offshore installed bases
Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer in Electrical/ Electronic/ instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- At least 5 years as customer support / project / service engineer of System 800xA based Infi90 / Symphony systems
