Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oman market. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and distributors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with customers. Expand the company’s presence in modern trade, food service, and traditional trade channels. Drive brand awareness through trade promotions, exhibitions, and partnerships. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in Oman. Monitor sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets. Participate in forecasting, stock allocation, and inventory planning. Conduct market visits and audits to assess sales execution and brand presence. Analyze market trends and competitor activity. Provide monthly reports on revenue, market share, and client retention.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in FMCG frozen category
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
- Valid Oman driving license
