Job Description
The Operations Manager for Kuwait & Qatar will be responsible for leading Retail Operations across both markets. This role focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, and fostering operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee retail operations including stock control and audit compliance
- Manage direct and dotted-line reports
- Manage third-party vendor relationships
- Responsible for inventory management and movements
- Coordinate new store openings and local events
- Manage retail operations expenses
Qualifications
