Electromechanical Engineer
Job Description
Responsible for coordinating with the contractor and client for the safe removal of stormwater pump station equipment and structures. Duties include reviewing contractor designs, monitoring work progress, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with codes and environmental requirements. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of infrastructure networks in Dubai and experience in pumping station works.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with contractor and client for equipment removal
- Review and approve contractor design and work plans
- Monitor and inspect work progress and quality
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and environmental requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during decommissioning
- Prepare and submit reports and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical engineering
- Minimum of 10 years in design, construction, and supervision of rising mains and pumping stations
