Job Description

The Key Account Director is responsible for identifying new Business Opportunities and becoming a trusted advisor / partner to the client. The role includes responsibility for overall pipeline, forecasting and demand generation to agreed personal KPI’s and financial targets. Through a mix of strategic, consultative and relationship selling, the successful candidate will create, nurture and grow relationships within their assigned areas to deliver new business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new Business Opportunities and become a trusted advisor / partner to the client
  • Manage overall pipeline, forecasting and demand generation
  • Create, nurture and grow relationships to deliver new business
  • Develop strategies to address customer proposition and competitive environment requirements
  • Leverage relationships across ZTE to drive incremental business opportunities
  • Translate technical solutions into business and financial benefits for the customer

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Telco sector
  • Experiences with Ooredoo would be a plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Speaking, reading and writing)
  • Strong technical understanding of mobile networks technologies: Wireless Network, CN/IN/IT
