Marketing & Sales Manager
Job Description
Plan, organise, and lead transversal Marketing projects in line with costs, quality, and time. Draft comprehensive project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations, to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on changes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead transversal Marketing projects
- Produce detailed workstream or project plans
- Manage the delivery of research, workshops, and other activities
- Plan and execute stakeholder engagement activities
- Coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements
- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints
- Draft comprehensive project review reports and presentations
- Lead a small project team
- Review existing operations in own area of work
- Manage the deployment of project resources
- Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates
- Prepare moderately complex documents
- Draft elements of product documentation and user training
- Conduct assurance reviews within the project
- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others
