Application Support Specialist L2 (.NET)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Support Specialist (Level 2) to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across Bamboo Card. This role requires a professional who can handle both Level 0 and Level 1 tasks while performing advanced Level 2 responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware and applications
- Employ SQL queries to create reports and identify trends
- Manage and resolve escalated incidents
- Identify root causes of recurring issues
- Maintain the knowledge base
- Utilize .NET Core skills to debug and improve backend systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years in IT support or related roles
- 2+ years experience of SQL for writing and debugging queries
- 2+ years experience .NET Core for backend development and troubleshooting
