Inbound Senior Coordinator
Job Description
The Inbound Senior Coordinator is responsible for executing inbound operations at scale while leading a team of coordinators. The role ensures inbound activities—receiving, unloading, quality checks, labeling, and put-away—are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day inbound execution for assigned zones or shifts
- Ensure timely receiving, unloading, verification, labeling, and put-away
- Lead and supervise 10–12 inbound coordinators
- Allocate tasks and manage workload across the team
- Ensure inbound SLAs and throughput targets are met
- Maintain quality control and SKU validation
- Support manpower and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inbound warehouse or fulfillment operations
- Previous experience supervising teams on the warehouse floor
