Assistant Nursery Administration Manager
Job Description
Botanica is the largest landscape nursery in the region. Overall, a Landscape Nursery Administration Assistant Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of a nursery or horticulture organization. By supporting the management of finances, inventory, quality control, stakeholders, operations, and compliance, the Landscape Nursery Assistant Administration Manager helps to ensure that the organization operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses
- Support inventory levels of plant materials
- Ensure plant materials meet organizational quality standards
- Provide administrative support to other departments
- Identify areas for improvement in nursery operations
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and the Government
- Assist in development of administrative policies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Greet guests and organize official visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, horticulture, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in administration or management
