Product Operations Director - Remote
Job Description
Experian is seeking a Product Operations Director to lead the development of standardized product management processes and governance frameworks. Reporting to the CPO, the Director will oversee operational execution rhythms, manage product tools (Jira, Aha!), and establish performance dashboards to ensure efficient product lifecycle management across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of standardized product management processes
- Guide product planning and portfolio governance
- Oversee operational execution rhythms across the product lifecycle
- Manage product management tools and data systems
- Establish dashboards and metrics tracking roadmap progress
- Coordinate between Product and cross-functional partners
- Guide post-launch evaluations and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/advanced degree preferred)
- 8–12+ years in product ops/PM/PMO/business ops in product-centric organizations
- 5+ years operating at scale in Product Ops, Product PMO, or portfolio governance
