Job Description
CXM is hiring a Payments Product Manager to lead the buildout and management of our Payments Service Provider (PSP) infrastructure. As Payments Product Manager, you will be instrumental in laying the foundation for how payments are integrated, maintained, and scaled across our FX-focused platforms. This role is hands-on and strategic—ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position and drive tangible product outcomes from day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead PSP integrations from start to finish
- Maintain PSP settings and monitor system performance
- Implement reconciliation protocols
- Build reports and dashboards to track PSP effectiveness
- Conduct testing of PSP configurations and troubleshoot outages
- Act as the cross-functional liaison between Payments, Finance, Accounting, Tech, and Product teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a PSP-related role (integration, operations, support, or technical)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
