Spa Therapist - Female
Job Description
Four Seasons is a collective of individuals committed to luxury with genuine heart. This role involves providing a relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards. You will greet guests, perform facial and body treatments, and maintain service, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. The position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all essential functions. The hotel will apply for the work authorization for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards
- Greet guests, escort them to changing and treatment rooms
- Ensure treatment rooms are set up and fully stocked complying with standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness
- Perform all facial and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols
- Maintain knowledge about all Spa products and services offered
- Read the guests and customize their service to ensure peace and relaxation
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond to concerns
- Report any complaints to the management team
- Upsell Spa products and maximize department revenue
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience within a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort
- Proper license and qualifications are required
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
