Registration Officer
Job Description
The Registration Officer plays a central role in supporting the academic journey of students by ensuring accurate enrollment, registration, academic record maintenance, and service-oriented support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of student course registration each semester
- Assist students with adding, dropping, and withdrawing from courses
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in the Student Information System (SIS)
- Process transcripts, enrollment verifications, and degree audits
- Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries
- Work with academic departments to ensure smooth registration processes
- Ensure all activities comply with university policies and regulations
- Use SIS and related software to input and extract student data
- Assist with graduation audits and commencement preparation
- Prepare regular reports on enrollment and registration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, public administration, or a related field
- Experience working in an academic or university office (1–3 years preferred)
- Fluent English and Arabic (written and verbal)
