Sales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Business Development Executive to drive sales and client engagement within the Fire Alarm and Life Safety sector. The role involves business generation, technical sales, proposal preparation, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Fire Alarm sector. Build and maintain relationships with consultants and contractors. Conduct meetings and demonstrations. Propose suitable system solutions and prepare technical proposals. Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams. Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety codes. Requirements: Proven experience in Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems sales in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE Civil Defense regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with Odoo is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Fire Alarm and Life Safety sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable Fire Alarm system solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including system specifications, design concepts, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the estimation team for accurate BOQs and costings.
- Ensure proposals comply with UAE Fire & Life Safety codes and local Civil Defense regulations.
- Work closely with pre-sales, estimation, and engineering teams during project bidding.
- Assist project execution teams with technical clarifications when required.
- Liaise with suppliers and OEMs to obtain quotations and product information.
- Stay updated on Fire Alarm standards, regulations, technologies, and competitor products.
- Ensure all proposed solutions align with local authority (Civil Defense) requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems sales in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Civil Defense regulations and approval processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
