Job Description
The Vice President, Compliance Officer is a mission-driven and business-minded executive who sets the vision, strategy, and direction for Compliance & Ethics across the organization. This leader ensures Vibrant’s operations and programs are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Serve as key member of Senior Leadership Team
- Lead design and execution of enterprise Compliance Program
- Oversee compliance across clinical and financial domains
- Build and lead a high-performing Compliance Team
- Develop and implement annual compliance and audit plans
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in compliance
- 5–7 years in a senior leadership or executive role
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred
