Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Arab) to oversee daily construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards on-site. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
- Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify site issues
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and attendance records
- Coordinate inspections and site handovers
- Report progress and issues to the Project Manager or Engineer
Qualifications
- Ready to join immediately
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Visa 18 (Kuwait residency)
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
