Job Description

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and manage activities for a specific product from definition through production and release
- Manage product lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance
- Handle go-to-market planning, sales, and business support for commercial products
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems or opportunities
- Direct the team through complexity and ambiguous situations
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards and the Firm's code of conduct
