Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Fleet & Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate all transportation operations, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and seamless mobility across PureHealth. This role oversees vehicle management, fuel and toll tracking, vendor coordination, and compliance with UAE transport regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate transport for staff, goods, and services across Abu Dhabi
- Manage PHG’s fleet including registrations, insurance, and maintenance
- Track fuel usage and tolls for departmental cost allocation
- Verify vendor invoices and manage PRs
- Maintain operational records and monitor fuel tag usage
- Build and maintain relationships with transport vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in fleet management or transport operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations (RTA, traffic fines, insurance)
