Job Description
Roles and responsibilities: Project Management: Responsible for profitability of the Project. Coordinating with consultant-client to kick of site to start project construction; making all necessary arrangements of building approval procurement of material, design, drawing, and sample approval. Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Workforce.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate with consultants and clients for site kick-off
- Negotiate with subcontractors for quotations
- Coordinate with government authorities for approvals
- Resolve construction bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management in an Interior Fit out company
