Director General
Job Description
Serves as the chief executive officer responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and overall leadership to ensure the achievement of the organization’s mission and vision. Requires comprehensive planning, policy development, and resource management at an executive level while fostering partnerships and stakeholder engagement. Exhibit competency in change management, organizational development, and cross-functional team leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. Oversee financial performance including budget preparation and operational audits. Lead the development of organizational policies. Champion the organization’s core values.
Responsibilities

- Lead development and execution of organizational policies
- Serve as primary spokesperson for the organization
- Foster collaborative leadership and manage executive leaders

- Represent organization in legislative and regulatory matters
- Evaluate organizational performance through key metrics
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant executive leadership experience
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, or sector-relevant field
