Job Description
Lead Agile Delivery: Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams delivering healthcare products, ensuring adherence to Agile practices and continuous improvement. Support AI-driven product development within a complex healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices
- Identify and remove obstacles, foster collaboration, and maintain a productive team environment
- Oversee project milestones and timelines
- Liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to manage expectations
- Promote Agile adoption and maturity across teams and departments
- Ensure project activities adhere to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA)
Qualifications
- 8+ years as a Scrum Master, preferably in large enterprise healthcare environments
- Strong Agile, Scrum, and Project Management skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- Healthcare industry expertise (payer, provider, health tech, or life sciences)
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
