Technical Trainer
Job Description
Design, develop, and manage scalable digital learning content and learning management platforms to deliver engaging technical training for our teams at Property Shop Investment (PSI).
Responsibilities
- Create technical training materials: guides, decks, job aids
- Develop training videos, micro-learning modules, and e-learning content
- Administer and manage LMS platforms
- Build structured learning paths, certification programs, and gamified learning experiences
- Maintain content quality and timely updates according to SLAs
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in instructional design, technical training, or enablement
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred
- LMS administration experience
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools
- Experience creating training videos and gamified content
- Fluent in Arabic and English
