Head of Fashion
Job Description
The Head of Fashion will lead the full Fashion business end-to-end and transform noon into the region’s leading destination for branded outlet and value fashion. The role spans strategy, supply, product experience, and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
- Deliver growth, margin, and sell-through objectives
- Build noon’s off-price fashion engine
- Oversee buying, planning, and merchandising for outlet business
- Strengthen local marketplace seller ecosystem
- Partner with international teams to scale value-fashion assortment
- Lead fashion UI/UX, content quality, and search relevance
- Lead planning of marquee fashion events
- Improve SLAs and reduce returns in coordination with logistics
Qualifications
- Strong experience in fashion retail/e-commerce
- Leadership experience in buying, planning, or marketplace fashion
- Understanding of digital merchandising and onsite experience
- Highly execution-driven with strong analytical skills
