Lead Environmental Consultant
Job Description
Alpin Limited is seeking a Lead Environmental Consultant in Riyadh to support complex infrastructure and giga-projects. The role involves leading the preparation and review of environmental studies, ensuring regulatory compliance with NCEC, and supervising junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of environmental studies and ESIA reports
- Act as technical focal point for environmental scope on projects
- Conduct QA/QC across all environmental deliverables
- Direct supervision and mentoring of junior consultants
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Support business development and bidding stages
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related field
- 10–15 years of proven experience in ESIA
- Demonstrated experience with NCEC requirements and IFC Performance Standards
