Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for driving the store business for Jacquemus. This involves achieving sales targets, building VIP customer loyalty, managing the team, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and communicate its values
- Define and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent
- Manage customer database and VIP relationships
- Ensure all sales and operational policies (SOPs) are followed
- Manage e-commerce order fulfillment in-store
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in Luxury fashion retail
- Based in the UAE
- Strong commercial mindset and KPI literacy
