Job Description
HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, supporting management and employees, and contributing to a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, and internal investigations
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks
- Coordinate with the PR team for the visa process
- Ensure company compliance with UAE Labour Law
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
