HR Business Partner, dnata International
Job Description
As the HR Business Partner for dnata International, you will provide an efficient, solutions-focused HR service through effective partnership. The main focus of this role will be the project management of cross-divisional dnata HR initiatives, in close coordination with Group HR teams and HR representatives across the dnata international businesses. Act as a change agent for strategic initiatives including technology standardisation, data analytics, and organisation development.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and align products to department requirements
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations
- Coach and advise managers on attendance management
- Support organisational and HR change initiatives
- Help drive organisational performance through performance management
- Identify HR process improvements
Qualifications
- Degree in a related subject (HR, Business, Humanities)
- Professional accreditation preferred (CIPD, AHRI or equivalent)
