Director of Human Resources (Pre-Opening Team)
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Director of Human Resources, who will lead and manage Human Resources related activities for Hilton Kuwait Resort. This role is ideal for a candidate with pre-opening managerial skills to support full renovation re-opening.
Responsibilities
- Plan and forecast talent requirements for the hotel.
- Maintain recruitment practices to attract the best applicants.
- Build succession planning systems to develop talent.
- Implement training and development strategies.
- Oversee the hotel's human resources database and payroll system.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
- Maintain awareness of competitor human resources best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Previous human resources management experience in the hotel sector
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
