Senior Business Intelligence Specialist
Job Description
The Senior BI Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining executive dashboards and analytical reports to support informed decision-making across the organization. The role focuses on transforming financial, HR, procurement, and other related business data into actionable insights using Business Intelligence and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports
- Build and maintain analytical models, dataflows, and semantic layers
- Analyze financial, HR, procurement, and related business data
- Develop and maintain standardized KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation between BI reports and source systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support reporting needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in Microsoft Power BI
- Strong experience in data analysis and reporting
