AI Conversational Designer (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)
Job Description
Shape the behavior, flow, and quality of Agoda’s Chatbot assistant. Own how the Chatbot operates in multi-turn conversations, including context gathering, dialog structure, and pacing.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve conversational flows across travel intents
- Establish principles for conversational depth and pacing
- Guide LLM behavior through patterns and prompt optimization
- Design and run conversational experiments (A/B testing)
- Create pattern libraries and example dialogs
Qualifications
- Experience in conversation design or interaction design
- Experience in prompt engineering and optimization
