Job Description
The Café at Cold Hollow is looking for a dedicated Cafe Manager/Chef. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing kitchen staff while overseeing and offering support to the front of house team.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring and training of new staff members
- Develop fun new seasonal and locally infused menu items
- Coordinate and oversee cafe and tasting room operations
- Maintain quality control standards for meals served
- Managing inventory levels and food costs
- Maintain vendor and customer relations
Qualifications
- 1-3 year in culinary positions
- 2+ years in a management position
- Familiar with P&L, food costing, and food management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Safe Serve and DLL certifications a plus
