Job Description
The overall scope of the job includes welcoming the guest and serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service.
Responsibilities
- Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform
- Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered
- Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage
- Handle guest enquiries and report feedback to supervisors
- Maintain and update the restaurant's guest history
Qualifications
- BA/BSc in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Experience in an F&B service role
