Venue Manager - Vyne
Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for Vyne at The First Collection Business Bay. You will ensure the quality of products, surroundings, and service are up to standards. You will work with F&B management to ensure team members are trained, service expectations are exceeded, and budgets are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all operations in the department
- Conduct performance reviews and delegate tasks
- Handle guest complaints and questions
- Prepare rosters and track annual leave
- Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are followed
- Ensure all team members are tested on menu knowledge
- Manage recruitment and associate development
- Conduct weekly 121 meetings with direct reports
- Prepare the expenses budget and manage beverage inventory
