Junior Business Development Executive – Furniture Rental (KSA Market)
Job Description
To support the growth of the furniture rental business in Saudi Arabia by assisting in lead generation, client coordination, quotation support, and basic sales activities at Electra Events & Exhibitions.
Responsibilities
- Support the BD team in finding and approaching potential clients in the KSA events and furniture rental market
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, product selections, and presentations
- Help maintain CRM records, client lists, and sales trackers
- Follow up with clients for updates, documents, and feedback
- Support marketing tasks such as social media posting and catalog sharing
- Attend client meetings and site visits with senior staff
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams for delivery information
- Prepare basic market research on competitors and pricing
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (event/furniture/hospitality field preferred but not required)
- English required, Arabic advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
