Business Support Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Support Manager to oversee and coordinate business support functions across the organization. This role ensures smooth operational processes, supports key business initiatives, and leads a team responsible for administrative, reporting, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the business support team to provide high-quality administrative and operational assistance
- Oversee day-to-day business support functions, including office administration, reporting, and documentation
- Implement and maintain efficient business processes and SOPs
- Coordinate with finance, HR, and operations to support business planning
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare management reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement productivity initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for cross-departmental operational issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business support, operations, or administrative management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business management systems
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
