Job Description
The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects, including offices, retail, hospitality, and residential developments.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out works
- Conduct quantity take-offs
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers
- Prepare and submit tenders and cost plans
- Analyze risks and value engineering options
- Maintain a cost database
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in estimating interior fit-out projects
