Job Description
Organize the development and enhancement of the group's accounting policies, systems, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards. Oversee the implementation of accounting policies, conduct timely analysis and resolution of issues arising during execution to ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting information.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance group's accounting policies, systems, and procedures
- Oversee the implementation of accounting policies
- Establish a quality monitoring system for the accounting shared service center
- Consolidate accounting operation data and develop operational metrics
- Promote process standardization and productization
- Act as a Project Manager to drive process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate
- Experience in a financial shared service center or BPO operations
