Job Description
We are seeking an energetic Entry-Level Service Manager with foundational experience with low-code application platforms, preferably Appian. This role is well-suited for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end service delivery for low-code applications
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and incidents
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Monitor application performance and maintain service continuity
- Participate in customer meetings providing status updates
Qualifications
- Foundational experience with low-code platforms (Appian preferred)
- Mandatory fluency in German
- Strong verbal and written skills in English
- Customer-focused mindset
