Job Description

Ensure continuous compliance with Saudi employment, labor, and government requirements. This role focuses on HR coordination, government portal management, and governance alignment with CRI Group’s RHQ structure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding in compliance with Saudi Labour Law
  • Support Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance tracking and reporting
  • Manage Saudi government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, MISA)
  • Track deadlines for commercial registrations and regulatory renewals
  • Manage office administration and document control
  • Support compliance with MISA RHQ Program requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 3-6 years’ experience in HR, administration, or government compliance within Saudi Arabia
  • Practical knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
