HR Administration & Government Compliance Officer
Job Description
Ensure continuous compliance with Saudi employment, labor, and government requirements. This role focuses on HR coordination, government portal management, and governance alignment with CRI Group’s RHQ structure.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding in compliance with Saudi Labour Law
- Support Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance tracking and reporting
- Manage Saudi government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, MISA)
- Track deadlines for commercial registrations and regulatory renewals
- Manage office administration and document control
- Support compliance with MISA RHQ Program requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 3-6 years’ experience in HR, administration, or government compliance within Saudi Arabia
- Practical knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher)
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
