Body Shop Manager
Job Description
Our client, a leading automotive group, is looking to hire an experienced Body Shop Manager to join their aftersales operations in Mount Lebanon. This role focuses on managing the daily operations of the body and paint workshop, with a strong emphasis on customer service and warranty-related repairs. The Body Shop Manager will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners, and oversee workflow to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the body shop, including body and paint repairs under warranty and insurance cases
- Welcome customers, explain repair processes and timelines
- Coordinate between customers, insurance companies, warranty teams, and internal departments
- Monitor repair progress and ensure jobs are completed on time
- Handle customer concerns and escalations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare basic operational and performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience in an automotive aftersales or body shop environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
- Fluency in English and Arabic
